United States

Armco’s wholly-owned US subsidiary, Geosam, has strategically positioned itself in markets with strong fundamentals for long-term growth, in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.

Geosam began investing in the United States in 2010 to acquire partially and fully developed residential land in the southeast. Since then, Geosam has evolved into a multifaceted company with operations that range from construction, lease up, and management of new multi-family apartments and retail centers, to buying raw land and taking it through design, approval, development and sale as fully-developed residential and mixed-use communities.
